Michelle Barraclough is a professional website designer and strategic marketing expert with 30 years’ experience in a diverse range of industries including tourism, hospitality, professional services and retail.

Her first novel, As I Am, was Highly Commended in the 2017 Richell Prize for Emerging Authors and she is currently working on her second novel.

As founder of Fresh Web Design, Michelle helps people take their businesses online with fresh, modern websites designed in Squarespace. When not working with website clients or writing her own novels, Michelle facilitates conversations at literary festivals and fundraises for mental health at Head Above Water. Weekends are all about time with family, regular dips in the ocean and reading novels with a glass of pinot noir nearby.
