Carli Ratcliff – Food Writing

Carli Ratcliff is a freelance food writer. Her writing appears regularly in newspapers, magazines, food guides and online. She contributes features to The Sydney Morning Herald (Good Living), The Australian Financial Review (Life + Leisure), The Age (Epicure) and Qantas Magazine, as well as international magazines including Monocle (UK), DestinAsian (Jakarta) and online at SBSFood.com.au. In 2010 Carli was honoured at The Australian Food Media Awards.

Carli is also a digital content specialist and UX/UI writer. She edits and writes webpages, apps, mobile, voice and chatbots. Carli consults to a number of organisations on UX/UI writing strategy. She established and has led the UX/UI writing team at Qantas for many years. She now also advises on UX/UI digital content and best practice for clients including SBS OnDemand, and advises Adobe on the design of their ‘Writing for Voice’ platform.
